The Ariba Customer Management Organization (previously Customer Success) offered what I would consider a lot of value-added offerings. As we head in to 2013, now is your chance to raise a hand, let your voice be heard, etc.
Some of the key programs we had in 2012 included:
- Ariba Lunch and Learn - a monthly, one hour functionality/strategy driven, interactive deep-dive webinar to help you get more out of your Ariba Investment. Webinars are recorded and loaded in Customer Success Group
- Ariba Knowledge Nuggets -- a weekly newsletter jam-packed with information rich best practices, concepts, and ideas.
- Customer Spotlight Calls - a monthly, one hour call with a current Ariba customer to focus on key areas of their success using their Ariba solutions. Interactive networking at its best!
- Best Practice Center Webinars -- We covered Spend Visibility, Sourcing, and Contracts in 2012. How interested are you in covering the downstream procurement concepts in 2013?
