1. Does Ariba have a Forum for technical discussion?

2. Where can I get technical documentation from?

Thanks for any help.

    Hi Nigel:

Welcome to Ariba Exchange!  Our community offers a forum for sharing best practices, trouble shooting issues, user tips and discussing technical questions. Since you're new to the community, Training and Education may be a good place to start with posting your questions. You can also search for past discussions on topics that relate to questions you may have.

    Best regards,

Most of Ariba's technical documentation is available on Ariba Connect (connect.ariba.com) and Knowledge@Ariba (knowledge.ariba.com) for Ariba customers and partners.

Thanks for the feed back ....

    I can't believe that sign-up for connect.ariba.com and knowledge.ariba.com takes 2 - 3 DAYS !!!!!!!

Perhaps someone can point me in the right direction for the following question:

I'd like to have multiple punchout URLs so that different buys can go to different provisioning sites. ie. Buyer "1" in company "A" has a punchout URL of https://<url>/Provisioning/company_A

and buyer "2" in company "B" has a different punchout URL https://<url>/Provisioning/company_B

I'd even settle for the same URL if I could add a parameter to the punchout URL ie. https://<url>/Provisioning/landingPage?company="A"

    Is this even possible?

And if not how do the large provisioning site get buyers to specific product lines?

Many thanks for any insights you may have.

    N.

      Hi Nigel:

If you're still looking for assistance with your question, the Ariba Support team is the best option to help. Your profile didn't indicate where you are located -- the phone number for U.S. customers who are using on-demand solutions is 1-866-218-2155.
