In case you missed it, Ariba is in the process of developing a brand new contract management product natively on the Salesforce Force.com platform. The product will be optimized for sales contracting making it an excellent option for sales organizations already leveraging salesforce.com for sales automation. (It should be noted: Ariba's core Contract Management solutions integrate with salesforce.com as well.)
