Question: Would you show how to create email reviewer? I see you can create on the task by click on create new email reviewer. any other way to create email reviewer in system out the workspace?

Answer:   Yes, you can use the "new email reviewer" link to add an email reviewer but you can also add an email reviewers by adding business contacts under the Business Contact section of the user manager if you are a user administrator (you possess the group called "customer user admin").


Question: Do the changes in the document include comments?
Answer: Yes, each document vesion will preserve the comments if there are comments existing.


Question: Would you please illustrate how to set up to allow approver to approve in the email without having to login to system?

Answer: This is something we will talk about in the Contract Administrator - Template webinar.


Question: Is the notification task for notification of task due or expiration of contract?

Answer: You can use the expiration notifiations in the contract term attributes section that are based off of the expiration date but with a notification task you can define the notification off of any date you specify.
