Question: The state of corporation was prepopulated based on the supplier information.  Can this be updated if this isn't the state of incorporation?

Answer:   Yes.  This is a custom field in our test site, and was configured to automatically populate from the supplier information, but can be overridden.

 

Question: If you choose the incorrect template and hit create can you delete or cancel the workspace you created and start over?

Answer: Yes, you can delete the workspace created on the Overview tab.  You will need to create a new workspace as you cannot change the template selection once the workspace has been created.

 

Question: You showed how to update the document is that the step to take when updating contract documents? in our case, we're replacing .doc to .pdf files

Answer: Yes, if you want to update / replace the document you can do so through the task as we did in the demo.  You can also replace the document directly on the documents tab by clicking on the document name and selecting "Replace Document".
