Question: If there is time at the end, can you briefly go over Create Excel report Template?
Answer: Contract repeorting with be covered on the contract reporting webinar on Thursday May 15th from 2-3 pm Eastern. The contract reporting overview is on Wednesday May 10th from 11-12 am Eastern.
Question: How does the Deal Status field work?
Answer: Just like Process status. You can configure any field to work like process status.
Question: Since only template owners can make changes is it a best practice to have an internal admin group as the owner?
Answer: Yes, this would be a best practice if you have more than one user working on a particular template.
Question: Can you setup access control based on customer specific groups, i.e. if one of Ariba customer has created its own user groups?
Answer: Yes, you can apply a condition on the template so that it is only visible to users in particular groups.
Question: Could you show us how to set a condition and assign a specific template that will get triggered by the condition?
