Question: Is the reason why you amended the contract captured in the history?

Answer:   No, that is in the contract attributes section.

 

Question: If a contract was published as a PDF will Ariba convert it back to Word?

Answer: This depends on your configuration and if you are using the generate pdf functionality in Ariba.  Assuming you are, you would need to regenerate the pdf if your task was connected to the documents that got reopened or regenerated by tasks.

 

Question: How can I add fields to my search results?

Answer: Contact customer support and they may be able to flag a field to be available in your search results.

 

Question: Why might you NOT have "more" as an option when looking at fields to display in your search results?

Answer: This may be because you only have 9 fields or less that are flagged for your search results.  If you want more, call customer support.

 

Question: Why don't Ii have "termination" as an amendment type?

Answer: You will not get all 4 amendment types any time you click amend.  The types of amendments offered depends on the status of the contract workspace.  See the documentation for these scenarios.
