Question: Sometimes documents are updated and a new version is created.  Is the most recent version opened when the doc/folder the doc is in is opened by clicking teh task and selecting "Open folder"?

Answer:   Yes


Question: When a reviewer or Approver receives a mail to approve and review through mail...whenn they reply to this mail it sends commment to the tool but not the updated coc, why?

Answer: If the approver or reviewer is a user of the system and they have DFS on, it will update the document.  If the approver or reviewer is a business contact, the owner of the task must update


Question: is the published document always the lastest version?

Answer: Yes


Question: When we submit and Approval Task, all of the documents on the Document Tab are attached to that Approval Task.  Is there any way to exclude doucments that the Approvers do not necessarily need to see?

Answer: Yes, you can associtate the approval task to only one specific document or to a folder to only contain the documents you want the approver to review.  I would revisit why there are other documents being stored in the folder associated to this task.  Perhaps, these other document need to be stored in a different folder.


Question: What does requires manual completion mean in the notification task?

Answer: This checkbox would require the user to manually complete the notification task as opposed to the notification stopping after the due date.
