Question: What is the Use of Condition Field in Overview tab?
Answer: Conditions applied on the overview tab will make the entire template appear or not appear on the list of available templates on the Create Contract Workspace screen. For example, you can apply a condition to make your template only appear as a choice if a specific commodity or department is selected.
Question: Isn't the project owner in the template give permission to the template?
Answer: Yes, adding users to the Project Owner group in the template allow those users to edit the template. Adding users to other groups in the template will make the users appear by default in any workspace created from that template.
Question: Did you say you are not able to delete templates?
Answer: Once templates have been published and workspaces / projects have been created from that template you will no longer be able to delete the template. However, you can deactivate the template on the overview tab so that it is no longer an active choice for new workspaces on the create screen.
Question: Can these conditions also be applied to the task list?
Answer: Yes, conditions can be applied at the overview (template), document (or folder), task (approval / review flow) and team (group) levels. You can also use the team member rules to conditionalize what members are added to your predefined groups.
