Question: Can you edit the fields and template question responses after the project is created? Will conditions be re-applied to docs, tasks, etc if the header information is updated or changed after the project is created?
Answer: Yes, you can edit the fields in the sections on the Overview tab. When Editing the Overview section there will be a Template Questions tab where you can update the response to conditional questions. This will update any applicable data, however if the update is to remove something such as a document or task and the document has been edited or the task begun it will not be removed.
Question: Can conditions be used to define which template is used?
Answer: Yes, conditions added on the Overview determine when this template will be an available choice on the create screen.
Question: You have more header fields displaying than we normally see when a Contract Workspace is created. Can this header page be customized to add more fields/attributes?
Answer: Yes, we have added custom fields on this demo site and customers can also request changes. Depending on your agreement, a certain number of custom fields may be included. Configuration changes for On Demand customers must be made through Connect and requested by a DSC. For On Premise customers please reach out to your relationship manager.
Question: Does the commodity have to be UNSPSC, or can you use ACT or Custom commodities for conditions?
Answer: The commodity options when creating a condition on the commodity field will use the commodity codes loaded in your site. By default all sites use UNSPSC, but customers have the option of using a custom commodity list as well.
