Question: Can D-Form fields associated with Contract Workspaces be pulled into this report?

Answer:  Yes, you would just need to choose the Dform(s) as a second or third fact table on the source data step when creating an analytical report and you can then pull the fields from those Dforms into your report.


Question: How do you remove the expired and closed contracts from the report?

Answer: Simply, place the "contract status" field in as a page field on the pivot layout (step 2 of the report wizard) and refine the data on step 3 by filtering out the expired and closed statuses.


Question: Once you add a report to your dashboard, does it automatically update based on system activity? How often? Do you need to manually refresh?

Answer: Yes, the dashboard refreshed every couple seconds but remember that the data in reporting refreshes every 6 hours.  So, the data should be up to date with per every 6 hours but you do not need to manually refresh the dashboad reports.
