Question: Can we rename the project area labels at the site level (eg. "Contract Workspace (Internal)" to "Contract Workspace- Legal"?

Answer:   These cannot be renamed.

 

Question: Does Ariba send a notification when the delegation period is up?

Answer: Not that I am aware of.  There is a notification that goes out if the preference is turned on to notify the delagatee when there are tasks that have been delegated to them.

 

Question: Can we reorder the fields in this pane, maybe putting some into the second column?

Answer: Yes, but you would have to log a service request and work with Ariba to get this accomplished.

 

Question: Is there a way to cancel a contract workspace for a contract once the negotiations process has begun?

Answer: In this case, you can close the contract workspace or place it on hold if it is temporary.  Then  you can later delete the workspace if you site is set up to be able to do this but you would have to be the owner of the contract workspace to do this.

 

Question: Can you close the workspace even if there are tasks that have not been completed?

Answer: Yes
