The Spice Girls might have had a different question in mind; however, I still think it is important to know how we can better serve you! The Ariba Customer Management Organization (previously Customer Success) offered what I would consider a lot of value-added offerings. As we head in to 2013, now is your chance to raise a hand, let your voice be heard, etc.
