Question: If a Contract Workspace (Procurement) is created BUT it really should be an Internal workspace, is there any way that this can be changed or at least copied from one workspace to another?
Answer: No, unfortunately there is no way to move a workspace from "procurement" to "sales" for example. You would have to delete the contract workspace (if your administrator allows that functionality) and rebuild it as the appropriate type.
Question: How do you go back and change the contract titile?
Answer: As long as the contract workspace is in draft status (or "draft amendment" status of type "administrative" or "amendment"), you can simply click the actions menu next to the overview and choose "edit overview". The next screen will allow you to change the title of the workspace.
Question: Can Access Control include Groups so anyone in a Group has visibility
Answer: Yes, you can include groups of users on your team tab in addition to individual enterprise users.
Question: If I find a mistake once i've published my contract, can I then, reopen the contract to make changes? Will it rout to my team members again?
Answer: After you publish, you will need to amend the workspace in order to make a change using the appropriate type of amendment that will allow you to change that particular field. This is configurable.
