Deploying a spend analysis solution is one thing - but to really drive value you need to integrate it into your strategic sourcing program.  That often means modifying your sourcing processes to properly leverage the new insight you have into your spend, suppliers and the market.  Rather than just populate RFxs with more accurate information, you must actually leverage your new Spend Visibility to better identify and prioritize sourcing categories, more accurately quantify savings estimates and negotiate more effectively.  How have companies best managed this transformation to truly strategic sourcing?
