    Knowledge Projects

Hello, my company is trying to simplify the process for application users to find information about the application and various internal processes.  We are looking to implement Knowledge Projects, but we would first like to learn how other companies are currently using them.  Any information would be helpful.  Thank you!

Some companies use Knowledge Projects for assigning best practice documents, trainings, help guides etc. specific to the Task/Phase referenced. So if one of your Sourcing tasks are say- related to Defining a Sourcing Strategy- you may want to have a Knowledge doc associated with it that defines best practices in sourcing strategy development. Or you may want to use the conditional logic capabilities to assign specific documents to the tasks based on commodity, department, region etc. that was selected during the project creation step.

          Hope this helps.
