I believe the issue you described below will need to be investigated by Ariba Technical Support. Can you please submit (or have your Designated Support Contact submit) a Service Request via the Ariba Connect site and include the log file from the time of the error? Ariba Technical Support will review the issue and provide the results of the investigation.
