    Additional Question/Inquiry Option for Approval Tasks?

      I was working with a Contracts customer and they had a question which led to an interesting idea. I wanted to get some feedback from the community as to whether you think it would be useful.

       

      Currently, approvers have the option to approve or deny a document, but often they need additional information in order to come to that decision. It could be very useful if they had a Question/Inquiry option that allowed them to ask a question and receive a response that is automatically tracked with the history on the task (as opposed to having to leave the system and go through email).

       

      Would this be useful for you guys? It seems like something that could help track information during the contracting process.
