    QUESTION: Interfacing with separate WORK ORDER management systems

      From time to time, as a Customer Success Manager, I am asked to assist my customers with best practice information.  I am posting to ask the community of Ariba Users for help. 

       

      I would appreciate if you would share details/example of how your company is interfacing with separate work order management systems. 

       

      • How have you designed the process flow and what kind of data exchanges were you able to incorporate to allow transaction flows and status updates between the two systems?
      • Has your organization ever used Ariba to generate “work orders” for services?

       

      Sharing your experiences will not only directly benefit my customer but other organizations, as well.  Thanks in advance for your input!
