We are looking to do a global tender for cell phone service (voice + data) in Europe, the United States, and Asia Pacific.
We are confident of getting a handle on the European market. However, I have questions with regards to the global scope.
Should we aim for a unified RFQ structure across the regions? Or do US and/or APAC voice and data plans require an altogether different approach?
Does it make sense to try and harmonize service specifications / service levels and processes (ordering, asset management, reporting, SIM card replacement, ...) across the globe?
Anyone like to share experiences, gotchas, or best-practice advice?
