Hi Dave -- I am curious are you experiencing this issue with a particular catalog or across all of your punch out catalogs?

Thanks Beverly, its occurring on several different punchouts. We now believe its related to IE7 but are yet to prove that. I was able to navigate to one of the supplier's sites outside of Ariba and the dropdown worked fine even with IE7. So its only within Ariba using IE7. I have a partner who is running IE8 and there are no issues with his punchouts.
If the dropdown options are not working, it's likely a css issue or some type of java clash during punchout. I assume that the dropdowns work while not in a punchout session? This wouldn't be an issue for Ariba. What e-commerce system are you using for punchout? If it's buggy, you may want to look at Magento and for punchout on Magento, we make it easy with "Punchout for Magento"
