    Supplier Certification management

      Hi,

      I was wondering if it would be possible to leverage our solution in a way that suppliers could upload by themselves their different certifications like ISOxxx etc. Then, when they expire, suppliers would get a reminder that it needs to be refreshed.

       

      Anyone experience with that?

          Hi Heiko,

           

          The certificate management feature within the Ariba Supplier Information Management and Performance Management solution allows for suppliers to upload supporting documents for various industry  certifications.  The certification effective date and the expiry date for these need to be mentioned alongside.  Subsequently suppliers and the buyer account teams are notified for upcoming certificate expiries/ renewals.  The account teams can also run quick search within the supplier portfolio  based on upcoming document expiration.
