One of our strategic sourcing KPI's is what we call Contract Coverage - meaning how big a percentage of the total (indirect) spend is covered by a (registered) contract. Today we use several systems to extract such a report and a very manual process of linking several data sources and calculations.
I was wondering if anyone else is working with a similar KPI and how they go about measuring it? Is there a standard report in Ariba (linking spend viz and contract management modules)?
I was also told there is a field in Ariba called "Matched contract". Can anyone tell me what this means and what it measures?
