There are two great ways to get this answer to your question.
1. File a Service Request / Ticket on Ariba Connect. A knowledgable support person will help you find exactly what you are looking for.
2. Search Ariba Connect:
- When you log into your Connect account, in the bottom left corner you should see a link to "SEARCH" product documentation. Click this tab.
- In the first search box, type Ariba Buyer Configuration Guide
- In the second box, select BUYER 9r1
This will pull up the Buyer Configuration guide that you can review for answers to your questions about Data/Import export of your CSV files.
