I've been using Ariba Contracts on Salesforce during my trial period and I thought it was great. Had just what I needed in terms of features. My trial expired and I've tried now, for 2 days, to get someone on the phone or via email to respond to me-- It's concerning that I'm about to rely on this product for contract management and there is nowhere to go for support-- I'm trying to activate Ariba and I can't get anyone to take my business. I need to reactivate or find another contract management plugin on SFDC. Is anybody out there? Thank you.
