Most issues involving Requisition Import are tied to the data files being loaded. Without seeing the data, however, the issue will be difficult to debug. You can either:
- Post the data files here so that they can be reviewed
- Open a Service Request with Ariba Customer Support (if the files contain confidential information)

You'll get a much faster response by opening a ticket, as it will be routed directly to someone on the Ariba Customer Support team. They can help troubleshoot the problem, working with you directly via email or phone to determine how to resolve the Requisition Import issue that you are facing.
