For Buyer accounts, there are just 2 types -
1) one that has read only access and cannot submit SRs or download software. But, documents can eb downloaded.
2) one that can also submit SRs and download software.
So, I'm assuming for Suppliers too, there must be just 2 types of access.
Ariba Customer Support would be able to confirm that.
