I have been experiencing issues with suppliers receiving errors when attempting to upload their completed "custom offline bid sheets" back into RFPs I am running. Most common error they are receiving is: "you are not using the most recent version of the bid form" (or something to that effect). This has been happening in RFPs where I have not made any changes to the content of the RFP, but made changes to the invited bidders list. Does the bid form need to be updated if changes were only made to the invited bidders list and not to the content of the RFP?
Has anyone else had any similar issues with this functionality?
The system shouldn't be requiring the supplier to download a new sheet if you just added suppliers. There must be something more going on. Contact support and they can investigate the event in more depth.
