How can I undo a new round in a signature task? I generated the PDF again not realizing this would initiate a new round. I've received all signatures and we're ready to move to complete the next task however the signature task is a predecessor and must be completed first. I don't want to submit doc's again to the customer.
Our recommendation in this situation is to send it to yourself for signing so you can close the task. .
The good news is this is changing in the 13s Sourcing release you have several options. You will be able to withdrawal the task or you can change it to a paper task to upload an document that was printed and signed and email backed to you.
