We would like to invite you to participate in academic research by filling in a survey on management control design in supply chain networks.
Your input is extremely important and would contribute to the understanding of coordination and control practices between partner companies. The purpose of the study is to investigate which types of controls are used under what conditions, whether these are aligned in the supply chain, and how this impacts performance outcomes.
The survey should take no more than 20 minutes to complete. You will be asked to report on a specific buyer-supplier relationship you are familiar with. The information collected in this survey will be used for research purposes only and will remain strictly confidential. Only aggregated data will be analysed and reported.
We will also be happy to share the results with you, if you so desire. A summary report containing the key findings of the study will be made available. The aim is to provide insights that would enable a better practical utilization of management control in supply chain settings.
