Contract templates are used to create Contract Workspaces. Contract Workspaces contain contract creation information such as tasks, documents, header information, and team members. The specific information and how it appears in the workspace is determined by a contract template. Conditions can be set on contract templates that allow template designers to best model business processes.
A template must be created before a contract workspace can be created. In others words, to create a contract workspace, a user must select a contract template to use.
