Are you trying to store insurance documents - treat it as a repository or use the functionality for document management with version controls etc.Will it not be too cumbersome to fill all meta data?
Here's the feedback that Sharon with our BPC team offered:
Many customers track and store insurance policies. Some store it on the contract workspace, some store it on the supplier record (the SPQ). If the customer has SIPM, they have more options. Some customers have a field for the expiration and launch a notify task for yearly reminders to get new certificates loaded.
