What happens to the data once the cloud subscription is discontinued? Can the customer still continue to access their data and for how long. Also in the long run is this data on the on demand cloud solutions completely destroyed or could it be backed up offline? Any thoughts/experiences are welcome..
During the subscription period, customers can use the existing product features to download their data.
