Collaborate is a functionality which links business documents and discussion thread making it possible to access between the transactional documents such as Purchase Requisition, Purchase Order & Invoices. The above functionality is seen in one of the Competitor product of Ariba, just curious if Ariba has any similar features?
The documents you have mentioned are follow on documents e.g. PR is created followed by PO and invoice. Yes, for a single transaction Ariba shows all linked documents on different tabs. e.g. Orders, receipts etc. Provided you are on P2O and invoicing scenarios.
