Ariba Exchange Community Manager
Ariba support forwarded a "Technical White Paper" on Ariba Client Automation for our IT personnel to study and to compare the config in the affected PC.
Now is pending our IT personnel's feedback.
The worse scenario is to re-format and re-install.

Fyi, after our IT guy reformat the PC, all is ok now.
